1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Bymbee. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
3. Service Exchange Agreement
Before participating in any service exchange through Bymbee, users must:
- Acknowledge they have the skills/expertise to offer the service provided.
- Agree to the terms of the mandatory Service Exchange Agreement, which includes a commitment to fair, honest, and lawful exchanges.
4. Service Exchanges
All service exchanges must be:
- Mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- Documented within the Bymbee app.
- Marked as completed only when both parties are satisfied with the exchange.
Bymbee is not liable for disputes arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory exchanges, but we encourage resolution through our in-app support system.
5. Content and Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All app content, logos, and materials are owned by Bymbee and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
7. Privacy
